- Lounge furniture accommodates 50 people seated.
- Total floor capacity is 75 guests
- Includes LED light up tables and chairs w/ 16 different color settings
- Includes speaker and mic that will suffice for a small club
- Includes a 98" screen tv with ALL cable channels
- Includes kitchenette area with a double-door refrigerator, large microwave and sink. There are also 2 mini fridges in the main area. We have several food and beverage displays for us.
- Please include the time you will need to set up and take down in the total number of hours you choose to rent the space. ALL events MUST end by 11:00pm
- Proof of event insurance is required.
- A $75 Security Deposit is required
- Rental Rates:
$50/hr. Mon - Thur. (Week day rate)
$100/hr. Fri. - Sun. (Weekend rate)
$100 Refundable Security Deposit
Your GPS may bring you either to the front or the back of the building. Parking is available along the street, in the grass area in front of the building and in the driveway area in the back of the building as well. While parking on our premises is limited, there are several options available nearby. Please bare with us as we work to find solutions for this challenge. Thank you in advance for your patience!
