Service Description
MPR is where urban design meets unforgettable energy. This event space is crafted for lounge style events that stand out. Perfect for birthdays, networking events, creative pop-ups and intimate gatherings, MPR seats 50 people comfortably with hourly rental availability seven days a week between the hours of 7:00am - 11:00pm. Rental fees are $100/hr. with an additional refundable cleaning deposit of $150.
Cancellation Policy
Please schedule a time to come into our facility to go over the rental agreement, go over rules and instructions, make your payment and do a walk-through of the space. No rental is finalized or official until the rental agreement is signed in person and payment is made in full.
